Depending on if seams or other types of repairs were completed, areas of the countertops will not be accessible. "Yes, we remove old, broken epoxy from seams, then color-match our own high-performance epoxy mixture. The matching of stone color for seams is an art unto itself. One that we pride ourselves on here at Stone Revivers. The reason behind broken seams is often structural breakdown of the support underneath the countertops. This process can be laborious which is why we only offer seam structural fortification for our Gold & Diamond service packages. When needed, we grind down and refinish uneven seams and lippage up to 1/8 inch, making them virtually invisible. We use specialized equipment to ensure perfectly level surfaces while maintaining the stone's integrity. Seams are then color-matched and polished to blend seamlessly. "
